Marble Room Steaks and Raw Bar is a refined steakhouse and seafood restaurant located in a stunningly renovated historic bank building on Euclid Avenue. Its grand, vaulted ceilings and distinctive architectural details set a formal yet inviting stage, balancing an upscale aesthetic with a comfortable warmth that suits both special occasions and elevated weeknight dinners.

The menu leans heavily into expertly prepared steaks, with dry-aged options like the Delmonico and house specialties such as the Wagyu Tartare and Lamb à la Cart appealing to carnivores who appreciate precision in cooking and presentation. Seafood lovers will find fresh oysters on the half shell, Diver sea scallops, and seafood-forward creations like Oyster Rockefeller and the Surf-N-Turf Roll worth exploring. Complementing the main courses are thoughtfully crafted sides including creamed spinach, Brussels sprouts, and inventive dishes like truffle & crab mac & cheese that elevate traditional steakhouse fare.

Standout desserts and cocktails round out the experience, with the Marble Room Cheesecake and flourless Valrhona dark chocolate espresso torte pairing well alongside imaginative drinks such as the Passion Lychee Martini or Autumn Whiskey Sour. The bar menu’s wide selection of vodkas and craft cocktails signals attention to diverse palates, fitting the venue’s broad appeal.

Marble Room’s atmosphere mixes classic sophistication with moments of casual ease — ideal for celebrating milestones or simply enjoying a high-quality meal without overly formal constraints. The availability of private dining options in the former bank vault adds a layer of charm and exclusivity, perfect for intimate gatherings or quiet conversation away from the main dining floor.

Visitors appreciative of architectural character will find this locale as much a feast for the eyes as the palate. While valet parking is available, local insight recommends nearby self-parking garages to avoid delays. Service generally leans polished and attentive, though at times it can come across as a bit reserved, reflecting the fine-dining rhythm rather than a casual neighborhood spot.

This restaurant suits locals and travelers alike who seek a serious steakhouse experience blended with a historic downtown vibe. Early reservations are advisable, especially during weekends or special event times. The Marble Room works well for dinner, offering a setting where a thoughtfully curated meal can unfold over a couple of hours. Whether you are here for the dry-aged steaks, fresh oysters, or specialty cocktails, the combination of a distinct setting and a deliberate menu makes it a unique piece of Cleveland’s dining landscape.

This is a great restaurant not only for special occasions but also if you are just seeking a great steak. Made a reservation in advance. Although there in no specific dress attire listed, a nice outfit will never be out of place. I was not a fan of my cocktail but that’s just a matter of taste. The dry aged demonic is the way to go and the potato cake was a great side to share.

I've eaten in restaurants from Canada to Mexico and this is the best meal I have ever had. Atmosphere was beautiful are waitress was wonderful kept checking on us and brought our food and drinks in a timely manner. We ordered the filet mignon and the ribeye steak they were wonderful very tender and cooked to perfection. The side dishes were great and the portions were enough for four people. We spent about 3 hours there the only thing I can say is dress warm if you go there in the winter because it was freezing inside. Well worth your visit one of Cleveland's best I would make an early reservation otherwise your service may not be as wonderful as ours was because they really get busy.

This is fine dining! Celebrating my in-laws anniversary, the staff was great, every member engaged arriving early, Walk thru of some of the unique features, private dining in the "Vault" remodeled bank vault in the beautifully redesigned bank. All the food was incredible. We shared scallops, filet mignon, fried Brussel sprouts, with chocolate cake for dessert. Parents had a wonderful time and felt totally pampered.

I’ve been here a half dozen times in the past. Here is my overall read. 1) Architecture is amazing, that alone makes this a worthwhile visit if you’ve never been here. 2) Valet parking is a joke. 10 minutes to drop off your car and 30 to pick up your car should be expected. And still $18. Pro tip is self park in a nearby garage. 3) service is generally very good, but on the cool side. 4) Food is generally excellent. For this specific visit we were with another couple with an 815pm reservation. We arrived a little after 730 and were shown to a very nice bar area for a cocktail while we waited. Bar service was excellent. We were seated more or less on time and ordered a sushi roll and oysters Rockefeller for an appetizer, shared a couple salads and everyone ordered steak. All ordered at the same time and also got a nice bottle of wine for the table. Apps and salads were outstanding. All good to this point. About the time we finished our salads it seemed like our waiter became very distracted and no one came by our booth for an extended period. Our steaks were promised to be there momentarily, yet they didn’t arrive for over 45 minutes after we finished our salads. When they did arrive they were completely cold and have obviously been sitting in the kitchen for 20+ minutes. We all noticed the steaks seemed to be extremely salty as well. I saw this in other reviews, but they do seem to have periodic issues with getting foods to tables. That just seems like a real goal line fumble for a restaurant in this class. After our steaks we were 2.5 hours (1045pm) into the dinner portion of our evening and opted against dessert and coffee. I’m rationalizing my high star ratings based upon both good prior experiences I’ve had here as well as one of the managers did ultimately make some adjustments to our bill which seemed to acknowledge this service issue at least for this visit. That’s a start, but the poor service and cold food still will be the things we remember about this particular evening. I will be back, but hopefully not for a while.

From start to finish, we felt cared for by our service team Michelle and Tim and manager Kevin. It was super cold in Cleveland and we were seated in the lounge are close to the doors really quickly despite the restaurant being full. It was 20 degrees outside yet being close to the entrance, we were shielded by the gusts of wind and settled in to a perfect atmosphere to share a special meal. Michelle and Tim were attentive and offered suggestions about the drink and meal options. We were not disappointed! The Marble Room Manhattan was delicious! The scallops with grilled cauliflower and creamy polenta were chefs kiss good. The gemelli and sauce was outstanding especially with the rolls and creamy butter to soak us the sauce. We ordered a side of asparagus which complemented our meal. The service was outstanding. The meal preparation, presentation and flavors were fantastic. Despite a blustery, snowy evening, we were surrounded by warmth and a great meal.

Absolutely 5 star experience thanks to the delicious steak, high end atmosphere, and incredible staff. Among the staff our server Nicholas absolutely made our evening and ensured we will be coming back. His spot on recommendations and knowledge of the specials had my fiancé and I ordering the seasonal greens, tuna tacos, porterhouse steak (40oz), chive potatoes, asparagus, vanilla ice cream, and rocky road ice cream. The valet parking is worth it but does take some time to park and retrieve your vehicle. Overall, we definitely recommend the Marble Room for steak and service!

**Update** The GM contacted me and made things right. I am content with the resolution and customer service. Thank you. We had a good time tonight visiting the Marble Room for the first time. Upon arrive we handed our vehicle over to valet. Then were greet by beggars on the street outside the doors of the restaurant asking for money. After entering, the lobby smelt like sewage, we were met by hostess which were very kind and led us to the bar when our table was not ready. Bartender made us drinks, the building is grand, beautiful aesthetics. We were then escorted to our booth. From the time we sat down to received food and dessert it was about 2.5 hrs. Food took awhile. We recommend the oysters, crab mac n’ cheese, lamb, lobster, sauteed mushrooms, creamed spinach, beef tartare vanilla ice cream… these were all fantastic. I would skip any of the steak - we ordered 3 different cuts and they were all mediocre (honestly, Texas road house has better steak). For dessert skip the crème Brulé, very eggy and cold, not warm. If you want the Gold bar red velvet experience it’s cute but not phenomenal. Expect to pay $150+ per person before tip. On the way out a homeless man on drugs came up to us and asked us for our food and then spit at us when waiting for our vehicle. All in all, I wouldn’t ever go to the Marble Room again. I think Chagrin Falls has better restaurants and a cleaner/safer vibe.
